To enable this support, please download the software and install into your computer.

Please provide your ID and Password for us to access your computer. Your screen will appear in our computer, so we can help you easier and faster.

Activation / Confirmation

Activate your Data File Online and receive your unlock code within 1 business day.

After you create a new MYOB company data file, you have to activate the data file within 30 days. If not, your data file will be read only after 30 days. But even after 30 days, you still will be able to activate the data file and continue using it.

Please make sure it is the correct data file to activate. Once activated, it is counted as one data file used.

If you have internet access, you can choose "Activate Online". If not, please choose activate by phone, and fill up the this form. We will email you the Unlock Code. 

Cancellation of data file activation is a chargeable.

After activation, the message for activation will not appear any longer.

You will get a message to confirm your company data file very six months.
