This article is applicable to users who has completed the first A&C process.
Do you know that you can self-service the subsequence data reconfirmation process?
Please refer to the 5 simple steps below:
Step 1: Every 90 days, you will be require to perform the A&C data reconfirmation via an email from ABSS. Click on “here” to proceed. Refer to IMG 001.
Step 2: You will be redirected to the A&C form page displaying your company name, serial number and other details. Refer to IMG 002.
Please ensure all the information on the form page is up to date and valid.
e.g. contact number, contact person and email address. Click submit to proceed, a thank you message will appear (refer IMG 003).
Step 3: If you made changes on the email address on the form page (IMG 002), you will receive an email with the subject, “Email address verification”. Click on “here” to proceed. Refer to IMG 004.
IMG 005 – Your email has been verified.
Step 4: After successfully verified your email, proceed to log in to your company data file and perform the online confirmation. Refer to IMG 006.
Step 5: Congratulations! Your license has been successful updated. You may proceed to use the software. Refer to IMG 007.

What you need to do next
“500 Server Error: Please contact support”
This happens when you ‘re-use’ the previous Activation & Confirmation Request email. The link in the email is only valid for one-time usage and has expired.
